Originally from Northern Kentucky, I moved to Las Vegas in middle school and graduated college from the University of San Diego. After meeting my husband, I moved back to Northern Kentucky for law school. In 2008, I graduated from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. I graduated cum laude and in the top ten of my class. After I graduated, my husband and I moved to Louisville and I can’t imagine living anywhere else.
I started my career as a public defender and then moved on to practice medical malpractice defense. When I was pregnant with my son, I realized that estate planning education was missing from the birth care curriculum. I heard from friends and new parents that they didn’t know who to turn to for wills and trusts. Being very passionate about family, I decided to open my own practice to focus on estate planning and educating the public on the importance of taking care of your family and making your wishes known.
When not practicing law, I love to spend time with my family, my dog, and train for half marathons. You will likely see my family and me out on evenings and weekends walking to the Farmers’ Market, local coffee shops, and local restaurants. We are proud supporters of local shops and do our best to keep Louisville Weird.
